About Young Gentlemen of Valor
Helping boys grow into strong young men of God.
Our Mission
Our mission is to raise up young men who live with honor, courage, respect, and faith. We help boys discover their God-given purpose and grow into leaders at home, at school, and in their future families.
Our Story
Young Gentlemen of Valor was founded by William Lascor, a husband, father, and mentor who knows firsthand how important strong guidance is for young men.
William grew up in a divorced home. For many years he felt lost, unsure of himself, and without steady direction.
Life changed when God placed two strong men in his path. His stepdad and his father-in-law. They modeled what godly leadership looks like in real life, and their influence shaped the man he became.
That’s what planted a deep desire in his heart to pass those lessons on to the next generation. Young Gentlemen of Valor exists because William knows what a young man can become when he has the right mentors walking beside him.
We Believe Every Young Man Needs:

How We Lead
At YGV, we don’t lecture. We mentor. We model. We walk with each student.
They build routines, discipline, and real confidence. They learn to serve others before themselves and to grow in a close walk with God. Every part of the program is designed to help boys grow into honorable young men who carry these lessons for life.

Our Promise
We will challenge your son. We will teach him. We will believe in him. We will help him grow into the young man God designed him to be.
When your son joins Young Gentlemen of Valor, he joins a brotherhood. A place where young boys become the godly leaders of the future.
